Hello, here is the second video of the Chemical Engineering series! You may know that one major industry that chemical engineers go into is the oil and gas industry. In this video, I briefly explain the roles that chemical engineers take on in upstream, midstream and downstream jobs in this industry. Seeing as an increasing global focus is also placed on renewable energy sources, I also talk about the work chemical engineers do in the renewable energy sector, using the solar power industry as an example. Energy is an incredibly important topic that is very pertinent to our future, so I really enjoyed making this video. Thank you for watching!
