Shipping and Delivery Terms

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

Most orders ship from CHINA (by ePacket or EMS 15-60 days delivery).

Some products have the option to ship from the United States (or your country).  If you select ship from United States on that particular product, then that item only will by shipped by USPS for a normal 5-30 days delivery.

Shipping and Handling Worldwide

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to “ship to” without extra shipping fees like (Hawaii, Guam, Some other Islands, Alaska). If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you and provide you with the option to pay the extra shipping cost.

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In that case use a forwarder service to get packages forwarded to your APO/FPO/DPO address.

Here’s how to set up for delivery to your APO or FPO address?

  • First select a forwarding service, an independent company that handles the final leg of the shipping, that is located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. The Store is in no way affiliated or connected with any forwarding services.
  • Review the forwarding service fees and capacity to handle oversized products. Our shipping and handling fees, including any free shipping promotions, cover only delivery to the forwarding service facility. The forwarding service will charge you separately for its delivery to your location.
  • After establishing an account with the forwarding service, select products on the Store web site. Keep in mind that credit card payments to USA customers, must be made with a card issued by a U.S. bank and foreign bill-to addresses will not be accepted.
  • During checkout, provide your “ship to” address as per the forwarding service’s instructions (this is typically a combination of the forwarding service facility address and a unique identifier for you).
  • The Store will deliver your order to the forwarding service facility. Our delivery commitment applies only to this leg of delivery. Inventory ownership and responsibility transfer to you at this point, consider purchasing insurance through the forwarding service to cover final delivery
  • The forwarding service will ship your product via instructions you provided during the account set-up.
  • Based on our CC payment security check, we reserve the right to refuse some suspect orders delivered to a 3rd party.

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world with some exceptions

Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?

  • No, the price you see is the price you pay – you won’t be charged any extra fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

When will my item ship?

  • If you order an in-stock item your order will ship within 3-5 working days.

How do you ship packages?

  • Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
  • Estimated normal shipping lead-time. Subject to slight delays due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Do you provide tracking information?

  • Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

  • For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

  • For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
  • If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Order cancellation

  • All orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. We process orders fast.
  • If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 1-2 hours of placing an order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • Your order is subject to these FREE Shipping Terms and Order Cancellation and Refund Terms. Please read and understand. Thank you for your business.

Shipping Notes:

  • Billing address that you enter in the shopping cart must match with the address on file at the customer’s credit card issuing bank.  If not, your order will be placed on hold until we verify your address.
  • Please be there to sign for the delivery and inspect the item for potential damages.  Most shipments over $50 in value will require a signature.
  • Sorry no order cancellation or changes in delivery address while shipment in transit.
  • Any items returned to sender by carrier will incur double shipping and handling fee.
  • No delivery to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Home Delivery Service do not deliver on Saturday, Sundays or Mondays.
  • GROUND (commercial) Delivery Service do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Please be advised that accuracy of delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
  • If you do not receive order within 60 working days, please feel free to contact us before leaving Negative and Neutral Feedback, we will do our best to help you resolve the problem.
  • All sales are subject to our Terms and conditions.

  • Our FREE SHIPPING service from the Far East usually takes about 30 to 60 business days or sooner for delivering the Package to your destination (for remote areas, It may take a little longer).
  • If the product is listed as available in the United States, the shipping time usually takes 5-15 business days depending on US Postal service.
  • All items will be double checked and well packed before shipping.
  • Items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days after buyers confirm the order.
  • We utilize ePacket EMS service or regular mail service.


You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.  For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

  • Customs Duties or VAT taxes are not included in price.
  • Buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees, or brokerage fees for importation into your country, if any.
  • These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery by the post office.

Damaged Orders in Transit

When your new product is delivered please make every effort to inspect the product before taking full receipt from the shipping company.

  • If the box shows significant signs of damage or you know that the product is damaged please refuse acceptance of the shipment and have the shipping company return the item to sender.
  • If you determine that the product has been damaged after the delivery company has left you must report any damage within 2 days of receipt.
  • This will allow us to file a claim with the shipping company to replace or repair your merchandise.  Failure to follow this requirement could result in you having to incur replacement cost for damaged items.
  • Please keep all packaging materials to be used in the claims process with the shipping company.
  • Please be aware that due to the size and weight of some items small scuff marks and or scratches that may occur on the items are not considered damage.

Refused Shipments

Please be aware that the delivery can not REFUSED for any reason. Refusal of delivery will result in customer incurring all shipping and or redelivery cost of the delivery.

If you suspect any damage upon delivery please mark the bill of laden SUBJECT TO INSPECTION, so any issues may be corrected or replaced.

  • We will not refund any shipping charges and handling costs for refused shipments.
  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving item.
  • Buyer is responsible for costs of return shipping or exchange.

Notice on items that are not covered by FREE shipping:

Shipping and handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart once you finish adding your items.

  • Based on the weight of the items and your delivery address, our shopping cart will offer you several shipping options to select from and the cost for each option.
