Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • We will not refund any shipping charges and handling costs for refused shipments.

Non-returnable items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept return on products that are

  • Intimate or sanitary goods,
  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Return your order for a refund:

  • If you do not want the product you have received or received the wrong item
  • Use our Support Ticket system to ask for a return authorization number before shipping back the item.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • You must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
  • Buyer is responsible for costs of return shipping or exchange.
  • There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns in new condition.
  • Our original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refund will be issued within 15 days or receiving your return.
  • Returns should be sent to the address provided on our Support Ticket reply.

Refund Request

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.

You can do it by sending a support ticket page.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Closeout items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
