Пользуюсь массажером пока только 3 дня, но уже почувствовал результат. Лежал на нем 2-3 раза в день, по 10 мин., при желании можно и чаще, хуже не будет. Хорошо растягивае поясничный отдел. У меня проблемы с диском в поясничном отделе, боли проэцируются в правую ногу. Почувствовал облегчение. У меня рост 176 вес 110, массажер прочный,меня выдерживает, и подходит по росту. Также хотел сказать, нужно не просто лежать а делать колебательные движения вдоль массажера, происходит как бы прокатка мышц позвоночника. Кроме него так же делать ЛФК. Реабелитация позвоночника проходит медленно, так что надо запастись терпением и настойчивостю. У меня это уже второй раз в жизни, после 10 летнего перерыва. Не уберегся переносил тяжести. Всем здоровья, берегите себя!
