【How to use】
Operational steps:
● Please tide the bracelet on the measuring arm as the picture shows (degree of tightness as a finger as fitting), and let the air tap the wrist.
About 2-3 cm (about a finger width) arm circumference size is 22-32 cm
● Ensure that the bottom edge of bracelet is about more than 2-3 cm away from elbow joint, and let the air faucet is in the arm inside.
● Please sit for 5 minutes in silence as the photos before measuring
● Put the arm on the desk flat, upright with your palms up
● The center of bracelet should be with the same height of heart

I love this blood pressure monitor. it shows a green screen if yoir blood pressure is normal. orange colour when it’s going above normal and red colour if its too high. I like the fact that its got audio and it speaks. Though took too long to arrive the Uk. Thanks Seller.

доставка до Иваново 5 дней. В первый день этот аппарат показывал хрен те что, и с боку бантик. У меня практически стандартное нормальное давление , но он мне показал повышенное (первый скрин). после этого я пошёл сравнить его показания с аптечным аппаратом. Пока там настраивал съёмку, пока мерял аптечным, потом сделал паузу, и уж потом успокоившись мерял этим аппаратом, и он меня вааще расстроил (скрин 2). Я конечно расстроился, и был уверен что верну его к хренам. На второй день он врал меньше. А на третий показания стали практически идеальными. Короче аппарат, и продавца рекомендую, покупкой доволен. Дисплей вааще красава!!! Хотелось бы получить инструкцию на русском. Как менять пользователя не понял. звук отключить так и не смог.
