Oversized and high performance 240cm (8ft) C/Ku-Band polar mount prime focus solid satellite dish. This is the most common dish size used for residential C band satellite signal reception in North America. Designed for the rural market in the central United States where satellite beams are strongest, this oversized 8ft dish will receive approximately 100% of North American TV broadcasts and 90% of Latin American TV broadcasts. It can be used as a stationary dish or fully motorized with two adjustable actuator plates to track multiple satellites. The solid, heavy duty construction of this dish makes it an ideal choice for budget conscious rural Americans who demand reliable C band television reception at an affordable price.
Note: This is our 3rd generation model (2017). Beefed up mount with 1/4 inch steel gauge throughout.
Notes:
- Includes 4.5inch O.D. custom pole for easy installation.
- Bolt together the 2 actuator plates to make a lock down bar for stationary use.
- Heavy-duty 24inch or 36inch actuator recommended for tracking the satellite arc (sold separately).
