The 95-TMD 3.0 Micro head-end agile demodulators are commercial grade
high performance microprocessor based, PLL synthesized devices. These
units will demodulate any VHF/UHF in the 54-806 MHz range or with the
flick of a switch, any CATV, STD, IRC or HRC channel.
Separate baseband I.F. audio & video signals are available at the outputs.
Basically takes an RF signal input and
converts it into a separate Audio and Video signal output. The
reverse of what a modulator does.
The unit is
completely agile and controlled via the front panel triple digit LED
display. The unit stores the channel in nonvolatile memory in case of
power failure. Also a channel lockout feature prevents any unintended
channel changes. These demodulators only require a single chassis slot
and are an excellent choice for channel processing (demodulation remodulation) applications with the head-end.
