Competitor should be a legitimate business, with full customer service, can return phone calls, has a posted online warrantee page, and a clear return policy.  If any of these information are missing from their website, we will not consider that URL for our internet price guarantee. Why would you want to deal with a business that don't have this information, anyway???

Once we have this information we will reply with your quote. All pages referred are visited by a member of our sales staff to confirm the price, shipping cost, and availability of the product in stock. If the competitor website is not organized and the information required are not easy to find, we will not consider that URL for our internet price guarantee.
