Can I order by phone?
Yes, you can buy products online or by calling toll free 1-888-519-9595 (weekdays 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-4pm Eastern time). Our contact center is closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Orders may be placed through our Web site 24 hours a day.
Can I order by purchase order (PO)?
Yes, you can. Email your purchase order to
Sales@sadoun.com or you can also fax your purchase order to 614-529-9670. Please include your credit card number on your PO. Billing address must match your billing address on file with the credit card company, otherwise your order will not be processed.How long will an item remain in my cart?
Items will remain in your Cart for 30 days.
Your Cart is also emptied when you press the Checkout button to place your order. In addition, you can remove items from your Cart by entering a 0 for qty and clicking on the Recalculate Cart button.
Note that the list of items in your Cart does not reflect an actual order. They are items that have been added to your Cart. Until an order is submitted and an order number is assigned, prices and availability are subject to change.

What happens if one of the products I ordered is out of stock?
Once your order has been placed, if one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, sadoun.com will be unable to process that item on your order. We will send you an e-mail message to notify you of an out-of-stock item as soon as possible. The remaining items will ship immediately. If you still want the out of stock item, we will put it on backorder for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will sadoun.com confirm my order?
Yes, as soon as sadoun.com receives your order we'll send you an e-mail message that confirms the products you ordered. We will also e-mail you when your order is shipped.
Can I pickup my order locally or at your warehouse?
We only have one local pickup location at 2747 Westbelt Dr., Columbus, OH 43228, USA. See our pickup hours at the bottom of the page. In the shopping cart shipment preference, do not select "Pickup at location" unless you intend to come to the above address and pick it up.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Sadoun Satellite Sales will work hard to get your products shipped as quickly as possible. As soon as we confirm your order, we transfer it to the warehouse for immediate processing. Due to this, if you decide to cancel your order you must contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped you will be responsible for returning the product to Sadoun Satellite Sales following our standard return procedures. Special orders, build to order, or personalized items can not be canceled once your order has been processed. For your protection, we do not allow changes to ship-to address after an order is accepted.

When you receive your order depends on when you place your order, your choice of shipping, and what you order. Ready-to-ship items ordered by 2:00 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday ship the same day except for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. All other orders for ready-to-ship items ship the next business day. Once your order ships, delivery depends on your chosen shipping method. Usually it takes anywhere between 1 to 7 business days.
What if I'm not home when my purchase arrives? A signature is required for most deliveries. We will make three separate attempts to deliver your order. After the third unsuccessful attempt, your order will be returned to the sadoun warehouse. Refused or undelivered orders will incur double shipping/handling fee.

How do I use a coupon or voucher?
To redeem vouchers, follow these simple steps:
