Order Processing
Below are preferred methods that you could use to order from us. These are in preferable order. By using one of the methods below you will help us process your orders quickly and precisely.

Log In to the wholesale page and order from there.
2. Call in your order at 888-519-9595

Purchase Order:
Send us your purchase order by fax or email. You could use the following form if you don't have one of your own:
(MS Excel format or
Text format).

Please feel free to make your purchase orders look anyway that you wish, however all the information that you see on the example are necessary to process your orders quickly and accurately. After you complete your purchase orders you may either e-mail or fax it to us. Please e-mail your orders directly to

You can fax your purchase order with a cover sheet to (614) 529-9570. If you fax your orders, we will fax back or email you an order receipt.
We will reply to your e-mailed order confirming order receipt. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation to your e-mailed order within 4 hours on the business day that it was sent, then it was not received by Sadoun. Please contact us if this occurs.
Order Status and Tracking
There may be times where there might be an item on your order that is backordered. We will notify you by e-mail if this occurs.
If you do not allow backorders or if your orders must ship complete, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to
sales@sadoun.com If you are looking for a status on a backorder, feel free to contact us and we will provide you with up-to-date order information.
As a service to our customers, we automatically send you shipment tracking information by e-mail. Of course we will need your e-mail address to provide this service, so please provide us with the appropriate e-mail address as soon as you begin processing your orders.
The daily tracking report is your confirmation that your orders were processed and shipped.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to
sales@sadoun.com Cancellations after orders are packed and shipped are not acceptable. If there is a problem and we are unable to cancel your order we will let you know as soon as possible.
