#1 Inside Sales/Customer Service (CSR) CLOSED
Duties may include:
~ Answering high volume calls and solving customer's issues with product or services over the phone.
~ Take sales calls, answer simple technical questions, reply to email inquiries.
~ Provide pre and post sales support to customers using both verbal and written communications.
~ Prepare shipping orders
~ Provide in store sales support
~ Simple bookkeeping functions
~ Process returns
~ Complaint resolution
~ Schedule installations
~ Administrative and clerical tasks
#2 Shipping Clerk CLOSED
Duties may include:
~ Will receive, check and stock incoming inventory.
~ Inventory count
~ Pick and pack orders for shipping
~ Monitor and manage inventory levels
~ Organize and clean warehouse
~ Restock inventory
~ Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
~ Provide shipment tracking support
~ Must be familiar with FedEX, UPS, and USPS software.
#3 Buyer's Assistant CLOSED
We are seeking a qualified Assistant Buyer to help with our continued growth in our Purchasing/Sourcing Department. This position will focus on assisting the Senior Manager with the buying and merchandising functions for the consumer and home electronics categories. Candidate will need to identify and contact suppliers, send RFQ, issue purchase orders, follow up on POs, and monitor inventory. Excellent communication / negotiation skills, and attention to detail are very important. Must be able to perform standard clerical duties to support the purchasing and sales functions. The desire to make a career with our company as there is excellent room for growth for a hard working individual. Good communication skills are necessary and punctuality is a must!
Qualifications for above positions:
Prior work experience is required (2 years minimum).
Knowledge of consumer electronics and satellite systems is helpful.
For CSR position sales and people skills are the most important.
We will train you in the technical areas as needed.
Must be energetic and like dealing with people.
Attention to detail, good organization skills and computer skills a must.
Must be dependable and prompt!
Stable past employment must be shown.
Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficient in Internet, MS Office, and Outlook.

Stable work history and attendance record
Candidates must be computer literate and have the ability to work overtime and weekends.
